Prepayment policies:
- For bookings made from the 1st of October, 2005 on we require a prepayment of 30 %.
- We also require a further prepayment of 70 % until the 31st of March, 2006.
Cancellation policies:
- In case of a cancellation between the 1st of October, 2005 and the 31st of March, 2006 we are going to keep the prepaid 30 %.
- In case of a cancellation after the 31st of March, 2006 as well as in case of ⌠No Show■ we are going to keep the prepaid 80 %.

You receive a comfortable double room for your partner, but you only pay the single room rate. Also the breakfast buffet is free for charge. This offer is valid until 26 th may 2005, but not during trade shows and the weekends.
